As part of the visit, the pupils took part in an interactive workshop on anti-social behaviour, had the opportunity to examine artefacts related to crime and punishment in a handling session and explore the galleries at the museum.

The visit enabled the Year 9 pupils to consolidate their learning on the crime and punishment unit which they have been studying as part of their GCSE History course, whilst the Year 8 pupils were exposed to the topic that they will be studying when they embark upon their GCSE History course in the next academic year.
