Transition Parents' Evening and Transition Day

Transition Parents’ Evening:

Wednesday July 5th 6:00 - 7:00pm (parents only)

  • Please use the Back Gate on Forest Rd.

  • Parking available after 4:15pm through the Double Gate on Forest Rd.

  • Pedestrians enter through the single Hornbeam entrance on Forest Rd.

Transition Day:

Thursday July 6th 8:30 - 3:00 pm

  • All pupils must use the Back entrance on Forest Rd.

  • Students must bring a packed lunch. We are a NUT FREE school so no lunches should contain nuts

  • Any suitable PE kit to be worn.

  • Students who need Inhalers or Epipens must bring them into school to use if needed. Please contact Ms. Iftikhar if your child need medical support or intervention: samreen.iftikhar@forestgatecst.org

  • Failure to complete this form will mean your child will be allowed to go home alone.
