Misha Henry

Misha started FGCS as the Student Manager for year 8 in May 2020. She has worked in schools since the age of 18 in roles such as Peer Mentor and Peer Facilitator, delivering SRE workshops in secondary schools across various boroughs. She has also worked in Teaching Assistant roles across London. 

Misha achieved a level 3 qualification in Youth work. Since working in school, she wanted to pursue a career in pastoral care at a secondary school.

Misha's main role as Student Manager includes attendance, punctuality, behaviour and general wellbeing of the year group. She has a very positive relationship with the year group and pushes them to be the best versions of themselves. She works very closely with parents to improve student progress, behaviour and wellbeing.
