Temi Awoyejo

Temi Awoyejo is an Assistant Headteacher in charge of English at Forest Gate Community School. Since starting in 2017, she has previously held various responsibilities including HOD Media, Head of Exam Skills English and Lead Teacher. 

Temi believes that all students deserve a first rate education, and she uses her passion and drive to lead her team to teach with the vision that every student should and will make progress. 

Temi's wide range of skills set allows her to lead the English department at Forest Gate Community School - a department that ensures students consistently achieve well above one grade higher than expected on average in their English Language and English Literature GCSEs. Within her role as a leader, she empowers students to be bold, to be confident and unencumbered by the obstacles that can obstruct their paths to greatness.
